Jet Black Heart is a 4.7% milk stout, loaded with oatmeal for an extra lush mouth-feel and nitro dispensed on draft; expect decadent cacao, subtle roastiness, and autumnal fruitiness with a dark seductive edge. Not only did crew from BrewDog Aberdeen assist in the brewing of this beer for #Collabfest2017 - but it came out on top as the winner, beating 33 other beers for that top spot! Grapefruit and Tangerine sour Buckle up for this juice bomb of a sour beer. The first tremor of tartness hits, then hold tight for a citrus blast of seismic proportions. Tectonic plates of lemon, tangerine, grapefruit and tart apple agitate the pie crust and biscuit backbone.                                                                                                                                       

Hazy Jane is a Vermont style IPA, with low background bitterness, loaded with intense juicy fruit character. Pineapple, stonefruit, mango, light resin and hints of lime peel – this juicy IPA is full-bodied and smooth, enhancing the soft ripe fruit flavours. Brewed with our Pal Sam from Boxcar Brew Co. For this small Pale we packed the malt bill with plenty of specialty grains then mashed high and fermented with London Ale III for it's soft character and stone fruit esters. Citra. Columbus & Galaxy hops bring mangoes, citrus, pineapple and hints of piney Dankness.

Percolator is a collaboration with Dugges. It’s a Café Latte of a beer. Full of three different oats, premium English Cara and Vienna, it’s then been blended with close to a 1000 litres of Volcano’s finest cold brew coffee. It offers smooth, full-bodied mouthfuls of oat milk latte coffee.                                                                                                                          

Yu Lu, is an intricate beer with layers of flavour that remain distinctive, yet work in perfect harmony. Her name alludes to the mystical history of the humble tea leaf, which delivers subtle bergamot orange and lemon notes, accentuated by the addition of lemon zest. Her delicate high hop notes will leave your taste buds sparkling.

Another day, another collab. This time we teamed up with our friends from KCBC. Since we both sharte a huge passion for hoppy beers, we couldn't help but to make one. This Double IPA is loaded with apricot and peach, and a generous dry hop cramming it full of the awesome hoppy goodness we all love so much. Fruity, dank and juicy!
